After George Floyd was murdered by the police I was so angry. I needed to create a work of art that expressed how I felt and that could be used in marches and protests.

So this 9' high puppet was inspired by Themis, the Greek Goddess of Blind Justice. But I changed her to a he, because that's who runs our (In) justice system here in America. I have been awarded a grant to create a performance video with Poet Gold using this piece and a poem Poet Gold wrote titled the same. For more on Poet Gold (IG is _poetgold_ ). (2020)
